Dear Quinner,

I know it’s been quite some time since we last heard from Gabe – thank you for your patience! – so you’ll be glad to know he’s on his way back in a brand new story due out in October.

This new prequel novella is set a few years before the events of Killing Hope, and answers the question of how Gabe came to be called the ‘Celebrity Cop’.

If you enjoyed the first three instalments, I know you’ll love this one. 🙂

Between now and the launch, I’ll keep you updated on the story, as well as giving you a sneak preview of the cover – so keep your eyes peeled on Amazon and Facebook!

WOULD YOU LIKE TO GET MORE INVOLVED WITH THE NEW BOOK?

HERE ARE 3 WAYS HOW YOU CAN . . .

1. Your Name as a Character

One lucky Quinner will have their name appear as a character in the book.

I ran a similar competition for the last GQ, and there was a great response.

Back then, two lucky Quinners – Kelli Woods Jameson and Glenn Hillyard – had their names immortalized as characters in Taking Liberty. It was great fun to take part. Plus, everyone who entered got a Special Mention in the book’s Acknowledgements. The same will apply this time around – so even if you’re not the one who is picked by random, your name will still get a mention at the end of the book!

If you would like to be in with a chance of being picked (or get a Special Mention in the book’s Acknowledgements), you must subscribe to my email list via this website and then send me an email from the email address you’ve registered with, providing the following information:

I will need your full name.
You will need to state that you’d like it to be entered into the draw.
You will need to consent to your name being used in the book.

Of course, there’s no saying what your namesake’s character will be like – but I promise it won’t come back to bite you on the rump!

2. Proofreaders Wanted!

Have you got proven experience proofreading books and/or a keen eye for typos etc.?

If so, let me know and you could be one of the first people to read the new GQ!

I’ll be picking a couple of proofreaders nearer to launch. So, if you can help me out by reading through the book and pointing out all my typos and unwanted Britishisms. then first subscribe to my email list and then send me an email and let me know why I should choose you! 🙂

3. Advance Reader Copies

Most of you, I know, would love to get your hands on a free copy of the book before everyone else. And why wouldn’t you? This is Gabe we’re talking about!

I’ll be randomly choosing a bunch of lucky Quinners to receive an advance copy of the new GQ. All I’m asking in return is that you put a review on Amazon for me when the book goes on general release in early October.

If you’d like to take part in this exclusive giveaway and get your mitts on a free copy, then make sure you’re registered to receive my emails by subscribing to my Author Updates list. Once done, just send me an email, telling me your unique Kindle email address (available through your Amazon Account Devices Manager online) and you could be in with a chance of reading the new book first, and absolutely for free!

Thank you all for your support and friendship!

Best wishes,
